  • - Oracle Financing rebrand (Oracle — Financing Division, 2021–2025) [Brand Systems] [Content Operations] — Led the rebrand of the sales-enablement division supporting complex Oracle and NetSuite deals inside an $80B business. Authored the operating guidelines and applied the system across internal channels, tools, and reusable assets.
  • - Self-service asset catalog (Oracle — Financing Division, 2021–2025) [Content Operations] — Built a self-service catalog of approved graphics and reusable copy so sellers and internal teams could find and deploy branded assets without routing every request through creative.
  • - Internal site program (Oracle — Financing Division, 2021–2025) [Web & UX] — Built or migrated five internal sites per year — content strategy and UX through launch, measurement and governance, including Redwood Design System updates.
  • - Clinical One training program (Oracle Health & Life Sciences GBU, 2019–2021) [Content Operations] [Motion & 3D] — Managed a seven-person international team producing eLearning and video for Clinical One and eight other clinical-trial, reporting and drug-safety products, against an approximately two-month software release cadence.

  • - Documentation toolchain migration (OSRAM Digital Lumens, 2009–2019) [Content Operations] — Implemented and migrated the documentation toolchain (MadCap Flare, RoboHelp), then selected and managed the help and support platforms around it.
  • - Packaging and documentation for 217 titles (Atari, 2002–2005) [Brand Systems] — Shipped documentation and packaging for 217 titles, running as many as 17 concurrently during the pre-holiday release rush. Lead writer and graphic designer for RollerCoaster Tycoon, Transformers and Dungeons & Dragons, plus MLB, NBA, NFL, MLS and NHL titles, The Matrix, TONKA, Dora the Explorer, Unreal Tournament, Deer Hunter and Blue's Clues.
  • - Color Kinetics (Independent practice, 2005–2009) [Brand Systems] [Motion & 3D] — Senior graphic designer and technical writer for the startup that invented and patented RGB architectural lighting, continuing through the Philips era.
  • - Motorized bed platform launch (Sealy, 2006) [Brand Systems] — Authored and designed the marketing and technical communications for the launch, working inside Sealy Corporate and Posturepedic brand standards.
  • - 1 cm-accuracy GNSS/RTK product (Polymath Studio — NH construction-technology startup, stealth mode, 2025–present) [Brand Systems] [AI Production] — Designing the brand and managing technical communications for a precision GPS product aimed at the construction industry.
