Leading a video enablement team within the Life Sciences UI/UX organization meant coordinating eight staff on a two-month production cycle. Each focused on one or two clinical-trial software products. Instruction combined screen-based explanation, recorded voiceovers, and audio production, with localization into Spanish, French, German, and Japanese.
