An original visual language and a reusable production system for Oracle Financing’s sales organization.

── A VISUAL IDENTITY WITHIN THE BRAND RULES ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Oracle Financing’s sales materials needed a stronger visual identity within a tightly controlled corporate brand. Original illustrations, graphics, and layouts refreshed the division’s presentation. Its SVP called the resulting visual language “Redwood Realism.”

── THE CONTENT FACTORY ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Master illustrations, logos, approved copy blocks, and reusable templates supplied websites, presentations, case studies, battle cards, sales emails, and newsletters. Requests moved through an agile workflow: brief, assignment, review, production, and publishing across channels. Marketing managers and executives conceived most campaigns; the creative operation built and delivered the materials.

Oracle Content Management was the primary hub for the division’s websites, content, and assets. The remit included website migrations, management of the customized internal Eloqua campaign platform, and the Customer Success system that helped sellers find case studies relevant to a deal.

── CLOUD SALES AND AI-ASSISTED WORK ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Sales-facing work supported Oracle and NetSuite, including creative materials for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and CloudWorld preparation. Contributions in Oracle APEX included asset-tracking tools and a case-study selector for internal sales websites.

In 2024, Oracle’s ATOM front end provided access to OpenAI models through Azure and to Llama. The assistant supported writing, general tasks, and Jira management.
