Brand, product communication and creative production spanning a startup’s early hardware, connected software and later OSRAM identity.
── FROM EARLY STARTUP TO CREATIVE DIRECTION ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Joining Digital Lumens as its ninth employee, the work began in technical writing and grew through creative services management to creative direction. Product communication connected the company’s intelligent lighting hardware with software, installation and customer-facing explanation.
── BRAND AND CONNECTED-PRODUCT COMMUNICATION ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Branding and commercial materials spanned website content, interface presentation, photography, product visualization, case studies, sales decks, campaign graphics, trade-show environments and apparel. The SiteWorx work explained a broader industrial Internet of Things (IoT) platform, connecting sensors and cloud analytics to operational decisions.
── TECHNICAL COMMUNICATION AND ENABLEMENT ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Technical production included illustrated installer instructions, photometric specifications, LightRules administration guides, localization and controlled document families. SiteWorx materials added enterprise network requirements, interactive customer provisioning forms and software feature-release guides.
── OSRAM IDENTITY AND ENTERPRISE PROPOSALS ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
The later OSRAM work included managed brand integration after the acquisition. A separate, secondary example is the 47-page GM Oshawa proposal, co-authored and designed to present the technical and commercial case for the lighting system.
